Description
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team on customer’s order before delivery
Organize, process and arrange customer’s orders, packing, and delivery of goods and supplies
Oversee and ensure smooth operation at the warehouse
Maintain supplies of inventory by checking stock to determine and monitor inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
Adhere to the schedule of delivery orders and prepare all necessary paperwork
Scheduling deliveries and liaising with external logistics partners
Engage with vendors and source for cost effective replacement or new and interesting products
Preparing and issuing sales invoices and credit notes, tracking suppliers invoices to arrange for payment processing, preparing necessary reports and filing
Undertake any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the company
Requirements/Qualifications:
Higher NITEC / NITEC in any discipline or Diploma in Business Studies, Supply Chain or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales administrative, business support or relevant fields.
Candidates with experience in F&B, Hospitality Management or E-commerce industry is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and preferably experienced with CRM systems.
Strong commitment to customer service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Hands-on with good problem-solving and follow-up skills relating to operations and customer issues.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Attention to details and accuracy with strong analytical skills to analyse data and identify areas for improvement.
Candidate should be resourceful, highly adaptative and a team player who can work with people of all levels.
