About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales Admin Executive to join our Sales team and provide administrative support for sales order processing, purchase order (PO) management, and shipment coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to use IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System), BC (Business Central) and communicate effectively with our customers and the warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities:
Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately and efficiently using IWMS and BC, ensuring all necessary details are included and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory levels, timely product deliveries, and proper handling of shipments.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales representatives, warehouse personnel, and customer service representatives, to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery of products.
Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics, including sales forecasts and inventory reports.
Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to sales orders, POs, and shipment details.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to sales order processing and shipment coordination.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales orders, POs, and shipment details.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies and make recommendations for process improvements and new solutions.
Requirements:
GCE 'N'/ 'O' Level or above
2–3 years of experience in sales administration or order processing.
Experience using IWMS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is of added advantage.
Able to multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment and attention to details.
Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers)
Good communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Outlook) and communication App (WeChat, WhatsApp)
Willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
