Description
We are looking for a Sales Admin Executive to support our growing B2B & e-commerce business.
You will handle quotations, sales orders, customer coordination, and ensure smooth daily operations with warehouse and e-commerce teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery note
Update pricing lists, product lists, and customer records
Handle customer enquiries (B2B, corporate, pantry, cafés, retail)
Process WhatsApp orders, email orders and coordinate internally
Track delivery schedules with warehouse team
Customer Coordination
Follow up on customer requests & order changes
Handle order issues (shortage, replacements, OOS items)
Maintain strong relationships with repeat customers
Reporting & Support
Prepare weekly sales reports
Update CRM/Google Sheets for sales tracking
Requirements
1–3 years sales admin or customer service experience
Good communication and follow-up skills
Organised and detail-oriented
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
FMCG / wholesale / distribution experience is a bonus
Willing to work 5.5 days (Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm, Sat 8am to 12pm)
