Job Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies encompassing brand positioning, corporate communications, digital marketing, e-commerce, advertising, and consumer engagement initiatives to strengthen market presence and drive business growth.
Define and drive the overall strategic direction of the marketing function, including establishing performance KPIs, analysing campaign ROI, developing and managing marketing budgets, and overseeing the annual marketing calendar with periodic performance reviews.
Partner closely with senior management, business development, retail sales, and corporate sales teams to identify market opportunities, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.
Conduct in-depth market intelligence and strategic analysis to support business objectives, improve customer acquisition and conversion rates, and generate high-quality leads. This includes market, consumer, competitor, pricing, distribution, and promotional analysis.
Oversee and safeguard the company’s corporate brand identity, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all business units and customer touchpoints.
Collaborate with in-house creative teams and external agencies to develop high-impact marketing assets and integrated campaigns across multiple channels including print, broadcast media, digital platforms, social media, and web properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, advertising and public relations agencies, and key industry influencers to maximise brand exposure and optimise media investments.
Lead the planning and execution of major marketing initiatives and events including product launches, promotional campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and industry workshops.
Oversee the development of compelling marketing content including articles, brand stories, product communications, marketing materials, and press releases.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to the marketing team, ensuring effective project management and seamless campaign execution through cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure marketing operations, reporting, and administrative processes are managed efficiently to support overall business objectives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with proven leadership experience in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of the local construction industry landscape, customer segments, and market dynamics.
Demonstrated track record in developing high-impact marketing strategies that drive business growth, lead generation, and revenue performance.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate marketing effectiveness, interpret market data, and optimise campaign performance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, performance marketing, and Google Analytics is highly advantageous.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior management.
