Sales and Marketing Executive (Construction)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Capital Human Resource Management. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and marketing efforts, contributing to the growth and success of our organisation. This is a full-time position based in the West Region.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers

• Generating leads and following up on sales enquiries through various channels, such as social media, email, and networking events

• Conducting market research to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities

• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients

• Collaborating with the marketing team to create and distribute engaging content, such as brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns

• Monitoring and analysing sales and marketing performance data to identify areas for improvement

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the company's sales and marketing efforts

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the marketing and communications industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think strategically

• Proficient in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM software, social media platforms, and data analytics tools

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices
