Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and produce marketing collaterals (e.g., brochures,

catalogues, labels, direct mailers, banners, posters) for the group of companies.

• Create digital graphics and visuals for websites, e-shops, and online

marketplaces to support marketing campaigns.

• Design engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook,

Instagram, TikTok) in line with marketing strategies.

• Assist in preparing sales kits, presentations, and visual assets for both

local and overseas markets.

• Support in-house marketing communication activities by preparing, drafting,

and designing materials, photography layouts, and backup design support.

• Work closely with the Senior Executive, Marketing, and external partners

(e.g., copywriters, printers, photographers, vendors) to ensure timely delivery of creative projects.

• Create eye-catching graphics, banners, and social media visuals using design

software and AI-based creative tools.

• Ensure brand consistency across all design and marketing outputs.


• Provide design support for website content updates, revisions, and new

postings.

• Support performance tracking of design elements in marketing campaigns and

recommend improvements.

• Capable of producing and editing photo/video content to support digital

campaigns, and overseeing social media postings.

• Assist in campaign enrolments and product nominations across multiple

e-commerce platforms. (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify)

• Perform other ad hoc design tasks assigned by the Senior Executive,

Marketing. Requirements

• Good command of written English


• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, and graphics

design

• Ability to think creatively and work with a team.


• At least 2 years of experience in graphics design work


• Proven knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms


• Proficiency in using AI tools for content generation and design

Other Information: Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2 Working hours: Mon to Fri - 8:30 am to 6 pm
