Description

Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Sales and Marketing Executive.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Understand the marketplace: competitors’ products, pricing and sales strategies

  • Develop marketing strategy, product positioning and messaging

  • Carry out advertising and promotion activities (ie. product launches, product training and promotions etc.)

  • Work closely with sales team on product features, benefits and commercials.

  • Manage marketing, sales and product P&L to achieve profitability

  • Interact with business partners to achieve sales objectives

  • Perform sales and inventory, and purchase management

  • Develop and cultivate business to achieve sales, market share and profit targets.

  • Plan, implement and execute business strategies to meet company objectives.

  • Prepare business performance reports (i.e. Sales and inventory status and control)

  • Manage dealers’ inventory through sell-out activities

  • Manage promoters’ targets, deployment and sell out achievement.

  • Work closely with customers and retail outlets to enhance dealer relationships.

  • Manage customers’ Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned in relation to the operation of the business.

  • Convey monthly sales target to individual promoters

  • Supports promoters’ leave application and update HR team

  • Support sales team on monthly report.



REQUIREMENTS 

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Business, with 1-2 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing

  • Experience in consumer products would be of added advantage 

  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot table)

  • Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills.

  • Knowledge in Business Accounting P&L is an added advantage

  • Team player with strong analytical, excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Able to work in a fast pace environment and willing to work overtime when required

  • Able to travel occasionally when required

  • Channel sales experience would be of added advantage
