Rotational Internship

The Opportunity

This is a unique hybrid internship designed for curious and ambitious undergraduates! Over 3 months, you'll rotate through Digital Marketing, Human Resources, and Sales, gaining hands-on experience and discovering where your true interests lie. Each rotation lasts approximately one month, with meaningful projects and mentorship throughout.

What You’ll Do

Digital Marketing

• Assist with content creation and scheduling (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, 小红书)

• Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies

• Draft copy for email campaigns and blog posts

• Use tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance

Human Resources

• Support resume screening and interview scheduling

• Assist with new hire onboarding

• Help organize employee engagement events

• Gain exposure to HRIS platforms and core HR functions

Sales

• Learn and use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

• Assist in prospecting and building lead lists

• Shadow sales calls and meetings

• Contribute to sales collateral and presentation materials

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled undergraduate (any major)

• Strong desire to learn about different business functions

• Proactive, with a can-do attitude

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Organized and comfortable in a hybrid work environment

• Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
