Company Overview: ConnectingDNA is a Singapore-based wellness e-commerce company providing genetic analysis and data-driven wellness to customers. We are currently expanding our B2B sales team to support our growth. We are seeking a results-oriented Sales and Partnerships Executive to drive B2B growth to onboard new vendors.
Job Summary
The Sales and Partnerships Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end B2B sales cycle—from prospecting and high-level pitching to account management. You will act as the face of ConnectingDNA, building a robust network of vendors in the health and wellness space.
This is a salaried + commission, office-based position designed for a professional who excels at relationship-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure partnerships with vendors in the health and wellness space: nutrition supplements companies, gyms, health and wellness studios, child enrichment centres etc.
Account & Partner Management: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, ensuring successful onboarding and long-term retention.
Strategic Pitching: Conduct professional presentations and demonstrations of e-commerce services to potential companies.
Lead Generation: Conduct lead generation and cold outreach using both online tools and your own network.
Sales tracking: Maintain accurate records and provide weekly reports on sales pipelines and partnership milestones.
What You Bring to the Table
Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of proven success in B2B Sales, Corporate Account Management, or Business Development. Experience in the Wellness sector is a significant advantage.
Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot) and a solid understanding of digital lead generation.
Communication: Exceptional corporate pitching and professional writing skills.
Remuneration & Benefits
Monthly Base Salary: S$2,800 – S$5,000 (commensurate with experience)
Additional Incentives: Monthly performance-based commission structure.
Employment Terms: Full-time, office-based role with CPF contributions and standard medical benefits.
