⏰ Rotating Shifts ; ⚠️ NO FIX MORNING SHIFTS ⚠️; OT as required:
Morning Shift: 8.30am-5.30pm/ 9am-6pm
Closing Shift: 11am-10pm/ 12pm-10pm
📆 6 days per week
Job Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are well met.
Efficiently handle cashier duties, including operating the POS system, processing cash and card transactions accurately.
Handle customers' feedback and queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Assist in receiving, inspecting and properly storing incoming stock and deliveries.
Package and label the baked goods for sales, ensuring products are presented attractively and meet quality standards.
Restock shelves and replenish the items as needed.
Wash and clean all tongs, trays, utensils and equipment thoroughly and regularly throughout the day.
Maintain the cleanliness of the outlet, cleaning the outlet after operation hours and preparing it for the next day.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager.
Job Requirements:
SINGAPOREANS ONLY
Prior experience in Retail/ F&B/ Customer Service role will be an added advantage.
No experience applicants are also welcome to apply ; training will be provided.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Must be physically fit as required to carry heavy loads and standing of long hours.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
