Sales Associate (Inside Sales)

We are looking for a Sales Associate (Inside Sales) to handle incoming enquiries, follow up on leads, and support simple sales closures.

You will also assist the Business Development (BDM) team in sales coordination, ensuring smooth handling of leads, quotations, and customer onboarding.

This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, organized, and keen to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online channels

• Follow up on leads and convert them into customers

• Prepare and send quotations using standard templates

• Recommend suitable shipping solutions (courier, parcel, freight)

• Assist in onboarding of new customers

• Support BDMs in sales coordination (lead tracking, quotations, follow-ups, documentation)

• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, Finance)

• Ensure proper follow-up to maximise sales conversion

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Knowledge or experience in logistics / courier / freight industry

• Basic understanding of shipping or eCommerce fulfilment
