The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy Sales Channel Manager to expand our footprint. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partners—including resellers, distributors, and technology partners—to, to drive the adoption of our SaaS and infrastructure solutions. This is a role for a "builder" who can learn complex tech quickly and translate it into business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Acquisition: Identify and recruit new channel partners (e.g., F&B consultants, payment providers, hardware distributors) to expand our market reach.

  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing partners, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and equipped to sell Wormwood solutions.

  • Sales Enablement: Conduct product demos and technical walkthroughs for partners and their end-clients.

  • Pipeline Growth: Collaborate with partners to generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends (POS, Payments, AI) to provide feedback to our product team for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Education: Major in Information Technology, Business, or Marketing.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of working experience. IT Sales experience is highly preferred.

  • Tech Literacy: You must be comfortable discussing SaaS architecture, API integrations, or hardware specs.

  • Soft Skills: A "Fast Learner" mindset. We move quickly, and you need to keep up with evolving AI and payment technologies.

  • Communication: Excellent pitch and presentation skills in English.

  • Residency: Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
