Responsibilities:
Process and manage sales documentation, including Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices
Provide administrative support for service and maintenance scheduling and coordination
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, including those from online and e-commerce platforms
Prepare and follow up on quotations for service maintenance, spare parts, and ad-hoc servicing requests
Handle export and import documentation, ensuring compliance with shipping and delivery requirements
Manage internal and external correspondence, including emails and official communications
Perform general administrative duties and support ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales Administration or Service Coordination role
Experience in shipping, export, or import documentation is an added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels
Able to work independently and perform well in a fast-paced environment
Immediate availability is preferred
