Sales Coordinator [Central] -MNC- Salary up to $3500 + VB

Summary:

• Salary up to $3500

Job Scope:

• Process sales orders and documentation for sales teams and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Lazada, Qoo10).

• Prepare loan sets for roadshow events and assist with product exchange or returns processing.

• Update and manage product inventory across e-commerce platforms.

• Handle customer enquiries related to product availability and order status.

• Assist in organizing monthly sales meetings and preparing sales performance updates.

• Maintain and update sales reports, stock reports and performance tracking for management.

• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Operations teams on promotions, product launches and delivery schedules.

• Support product launches and promotional campaigns including uploading product information and marketing materials.

• Prepare letter requests for promotions and new product launches.

• Assist with sales administration duties and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales administration, sales support or coordination roles will be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of SAP system is an added advantage.
