Sales Coordinator cum shipping

Job Summary

You will handle customer inquiries and provide accurate quotations through online platforms or email. You will place orders and prepare export shipment documents, including invoices, to support smooth shipping operations for a regional semiconductor parts distributor.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries using online platforms and email to provide clear and accurate quotations


• Process customer orders efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment


• Prepare export shipment documents, including invoices, to comply with shipping requirements


• Use MS Office and spreadsheet software to manage order and shipment data accurately


• Collaborate with team members to support seamless sales and shipping coordination

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• GCE O Level certification


• At least one year of experience in sales coordination or shipping in a related field


• Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications, especially spreadsheets
