Sales Coordinator (E-Commerce)

Job Summary

Support daily e-commerce operations, process orders, and ensure smooth coordination between customers, platforms, and warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

• Process and track orders accurately from platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify to ensure timely fulfillment


• Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage packing and delivery schedules for on-time order dispatch


• Update product listings, prices, and stock levels on e-commerce platforms to maintain accurate online inventory


• Support online sales campaigns and promotions by assisting with content updates and monitoring performance


• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage returns and refunds to maintain high customer satisfaction


• Prepare basic sales and inventory reports to track performance and support decision-making

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field


• 1–2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or sales support


• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting


• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
