Job description
The ideal candidate is a team player who supports the sales team by processing orders, handling phone enquiries, updating records, and managing daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment. He/She should be proficient in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately
Handle phone enquiries
Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date sales records
Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and related sales documents
Maintain organised filing systems and administrative paperwork
Update records and ensure proper documentation for audits
Liaise with warehouse on stock availability and delivery schedules
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
Follow up on customer requests, delivery status, and order issues
Qualifications
Minimum ‘O’ Levels Certificate or Diploma
2 - 3 years of relevant experience
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
