We’re hiring a Sales Development Specialist on behalf of our client, a leading company in the technology and digital services industry. In this role, you’ll reach out to merchants through multiple outbound channels, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and schedule meetings with full briefing support for the sales team. You’ll maintain accurate CRM records, prepare regular outreach and conversion reports, and collaborate closely with the Merchant Sales Team to ensure lead quality and alignment, while staying informed on products, competitors, and market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to merchants through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other outbound platforms.

  • Evaluate both inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria such as merchant profile, operational readiness, and interest in reservation or SaaS solutions.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for the outbound sales team, ensuring briefing sheets are completed with all relevant context and data.

  • Keep CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Streak) updated with accurate lead records to maintain a clean pipeline.

  • Work closely with the Merchant Sales Team to ensure alignment on lead quality, feedback, and meeting outcomes.

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports covering outreach activity, meetings scheduled, and conversion performance.

  • Participate in training sessions and stay informed about products, competitive landscape, and new market initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing, communications, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales development, telemarketing, or business development support.

  • Strong attention to detail and disciplined documentation habits.

  • Comfortable managing high outreach volumes and resilient when facing rejection.

  • Knowledge of the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage.

  • Previous experience qualifying leads or booking appointments in a B2B SaaS or tech environment is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Streak is an advantage.
