What You’ll Be Doing
Partnership Development: Proactively identify and pitch to wellness businesses—fitness trainers, life coaches, and nutritionists—demonstrating how our DNA solutions can scale their business and improve client outcomes.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Execute outreach campaigns to drive high-quality leads to our educational events and webinars.
Influencer & Community Management: Identify and recruit "DNA Ambassadors." You will be the primary point of contact for our community, nurturing relationships that turn influencers into long-term brand advocates.
Social Media Strategy: Act as our "Social Media Maestro." You won’t just post; you’ll curate content calendars that educate, engage, and convert followers into customers across all platforms.
Content Creation: Translate complex genetic insights into digestible, "scroll-stopping" content that positions ConnectingDNA as a thought leader in the digital wellness space.
Strategic Growth: Don’t just follow the playbook—help write it. You’ll brainstorm and execute experimental marketing initiatives to expand our reach in the Singapore market.

What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 3+ years of proven success in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing (ideally within FMCG, E-commerce, or the Wellness sector).
Digital Savvy: A deep understanding of social media algorithms, community management, and content strategy.
Communication: Exceptional pitching and storytelling skills. You should be as comfortable on a cold call as you are writing a viral caption.
Education: Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Mindset: You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced "startup" environment and doesn't need a manual to get things moving.
