About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Director to lead overall sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion within the AS/RS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems), warehouse automation, material handling systems, racking/storage systems, intralogistics engineering solutions, and industrial automation sectors.

This role is responsible for leading the sales organization to achieve revenue targets, strengthen strategic customer relationships, and develop sustainable business opportunities across both existing and new markets, including logistics providers, manufacturers, e-commerce operators, distribution centres, and industrial end-users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen CRM usage, sales processes, and pipeline governance across the organization

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, operations, and product teams

  • Ensure alignment between sales commitments and technical feasibility, costing, and delivery timelines

  • Improve efficiency of long and complex sales cycles typical of automation and capital equipment projects

  • Ensure accurate forecasting and disciplined reporting practices

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

  • Strong experience in B2B solutions sales within AS/RS, warehouse automation, material handling systems, racking/storage systems, intralogistics engineering solutions, or industrial automation industries

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial and technical acumen

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
