About the Role
We are looking for a driven, tech-savvy Sales Executive to champion our growing suite of AI automation products, including WhatsApp AI chatbots, AI voice agents, and advanced workflow automation tools used by businesses across Singapore and the region.
This role is ideal for someone who loves technology, learns fast, and thrives in a fast-moving industry where new tools and features evolve every month. You will be selling to businesses across multiple sectors using a mix of inbound leads, warm leads, and outbound prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Sell our AI chatbots, WhatsApp automation solutions, and AI voice agent products to businesses of all sizes.
- Manage a mix of inbound leads, outbound outreach, and follow-ups to drive revenue.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and match them to the right AI solutions.
- Pitch, demo, and present our AI products confidently to decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline using CRM tools.
- Negotiate proposals, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Client Engagement & Product Education
- Educate clients on how AI automation can streamline operations, reduce manpower costs, and improve customer engagement.
- Work closely with the technical team to customise solutions for key accounts.
- Provide feedback to the product team on client needs and market trends.
Market Intelligence & Learning
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, automation, chatbots, LLMs, and business tech.
- Quickly learn new features, updates, and product changes.
- Share insights on competitor products and emerging market gaps.
Requirements

1–4 years of sales experience (Tech/SaaS/automation/marketing/IT solutions is an advantage). - Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Fast learner with the ability to understand complex technology and explain it simply. -
Open-minded with a growth mindset — comfortable adapting to new tools and changes. - Confident in outbound outreach: cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, and C-level decision-makers.
- Independent, driven, and motivated by performance and commissions.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling SaaS, digital marketing, automation, or productivity tools.
- Interest in AI, LLMs, chatbots, or conversational automation.
- Prior experience with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or other CRM systems.
