Working hours: flexible, off-site role (depends on appointments)
Salary: $2500 - $4500 + $500 transport allowance + Commission
Responsibilities:
Sales Generation & Growth: Generating leads, identifying prospects, and pitching products to new clients (outdoor hunter role).
Relationship Management: Visiting clients (bars, restaurants, retailers) to evaluate needs, manage accounts, and build strong partnerships.
Account Management: Maintaining relationships with existing clients to drive repeat orders and ensure satisfaction.
Administrative & Reporting: Preparing weekly/monthly sales reports, submitting sales orders, and monitoring inventory.
Product Knowledge & Promotion: Acting as an expert on spirits, wine, or beer to provide recommendations.
Requirements and Skills
Experience: Previous experience in FMCG (Liquor and Tobacco), sales, or marketing is usually preferred.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
Attributes: High confidence, resilience, and a persuasive nature.
