Sales Executive(Basic+Comm)

We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Sales Executive to drive the growth of our eSIM business. This role goes beyond traditional sales — we want someone who can leverage AI tools and digital marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of eSIM products and achieve individual and team targets

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2C and B2B segments

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business

• Execute day-to-day sales activities, including handling inquiries, preparing  quotations/tenders, and following up with clients

• Plan and implement tactical sales strategies to grow revenue and profit margins

• Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms, data analytics tools) to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness

• Execute digital marketing initiatives across social media and online platforms

• Analyze customer behavior and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates

• Gather market intelligence, including competitor analysis and customer feedback

• Stay up to date with industry trends and identify opportunities for growth

• Provide technical sales and marketing support to customers when required

• Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams on campaigns and promotions

• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and trade requirements

• Achieve KPIs and carry out additional tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in telecom, tech industries

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with or willingness to learn AI tools and digital marketing strategies

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in eSIM, telecommunications, or cross-border services

• Knowledge of platforms like TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Instagram

• Multilingual abilities (English & Chinese preferred). We are seeking candidates proficient in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
