Description

The Sales position at Benchmarking Pte Ltd is responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation. The role involves identifying new sales opportunities, presenting solutions to clients, and ensuring excellent after-sales service to build long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively visit various service industries, understand their needs, and promote our TikTok advertising services.

- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with businesses, providing them with professional advertising solutions.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales KPIs set by management.


Requirements:

- 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B / B2C depending on company focus); entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are welcome.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.


Working Conditions:

- Standard working hours (Mon–Fri), but flexibility may be required for client appointments/events.

- Commission and performance incentives on top of base salary.
