The Role
The incumbent is responsible for managing and growing sales within the general trade and online channels. This role requires an individual who is dynamic, results-driven, and skilled at building strong relationships with key stakeholders in retail, distribution, and local markets.
Job Responsibilities:
-Managing end to end key account’s projects
-Developing & executing business plans with assigned key accounts to achieve sales target & profits
-Identify and source for new customer accounts and business opportunities
-Identify sales gaps and work with product development team to launch suitable products
-Monitor competitor activities & submit monthly report
-Develop, plan, and execute channel strategies to achieve sales objectives
-Generating and developing sales to achieve assigned sales targets and monthly KPI
Job Requirements:
- IT Savvy, and possess a creative flair
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of local businesses trends
- Proven track record in achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Problem solving skills, positive and good analytical mind
- Sales driven and highly motivated individual
Education, Experience & Training
- Min. Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience working in SME food manufacturing industry
- At least 3 years of sales experience in general trade / key accounts segment

Remuneration
+ Base Salary + Transport & Mobile Allowances + Tiered Commission
