(Non-Commissioned Role)


As a member of the Key Account Sales team, the Key Account Manager's role is to handle sales enquiries as well as managing the company's existing pool of key account customers.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Generating quotations to customers

  • Preparing and submitting tenders

  • Contractual negotiations with customers

  • Sourcing new business opportunities for value-added services with customers

  • Providing pre & post sales support to customers as requested

  • Recommending changes to continuously improve standards and procedures


Minimum Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications (Degree) in any discipline

  • Diploma holder with min 5 years relevant sales experiences

  • 3 to 5 years sales and account servicing experiences with commercial and industrial customers

  • Good interpersonal skills to manage customers with ease

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to use the basic Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word to complete essential requirements of the role

  • Ability to read/ interpret tender/ contractual documentations

  • Ability to interpret numerical information, logically analyse complex data

  • Ability to troubleshoot in a logical manner


This position is based at Tuas Power HQ, Somerset Office.
