Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively hunt for and secure new business in logistics and warehousing.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through consultative selling.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.

  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or warehousing.

  • Strong hunter mentality – proactive in generating leads and closing deals.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Existing client network in logistics or warehousing is an advantage.

  • Good knowledge of the S.E.A. logistics and transportation market.
