Job Description:
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities
Develop business sales strategy with key stakeholders to ensure sales alignment is on track
Prepare sales quotation and support full due diligence process ensuring all relevant factors are considered
Managing sales projects and work closely with key stakeholders to develop sales structure
Evaluate business opportunities by building sales model and conducting valuation analysis
Monitor and manage performance of existing portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with sales growth objective
Collect, update and analyse data, perform sales modelling and track sales model accuracy by compiling projections with actual financial outcomes
Close collaboration with project, operation and finance teams to meet sales objectives
Oversee the collection of payments from customers in a timely and professional manner, maintaining accurate records of all transactions
Job Requirements:
Preferred experience in one or more of the following sectors: Road Construction, Building, Civil Engineering, E-Commerce etc
Experience with sales project management and development with sales analysis mindset and knowledge
Familiarity with financial analysis and sales investment strategies, good technical and comfortable with number crunching
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts and performance metric to senior management
Minimum "O" Levels
