Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage a clientele base while maintaining good working relationships with customers (e.g., homeowners, interior designers, contractors, and distributors).
- Work with E-commerce and digital marketing teams to ensure marketing strategy and promotions for online and offline platforms are complimentary and minimize sales cannibalization.
- Plan & develop sales strategies to achieve monthly projected targets.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely deliveries to clients.
- Assist in preparation of monthly sales reports for management's review.
- Prepare quotations for potential clients.
- Attend to clients in a proactive manner, ensuring that their expectations are met in a timely manner.
- Render simple technical assistance upon request by clients or escalation to the customer support department when required.
- Attend to and follow up on sales enquiry from customers.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely and proper fulfillment of customers’ requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Must be willing to work on weekends (5-day week)
- Preferably Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing/Business Management/Engineering or equivalent.
- Independent and proactive individual.
- Must be service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to handle both end-consumers and inter-departments.
