Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and emails.
2. Provide product information and quotations based on customer needs
3. Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales
4. Build and maintain good relationships with customers
5. Process sales orders and coordinate with operations for delivery
6. Maintain customer records and basic sales reports
7. Actively source for new customers and explore new sales channels
8. Do live streaming to introduce products
9. Manage ecommerce platforms & company website
9. Assist in ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills
2. Comfortable with selling and customer interaction
3. Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel)
4. Self-motivated, responsible, and target-driven
5. Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
