Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage omni-channel retail and eCommerce presence
Identify, approach, and secure new listings in supermarkets, chain stores, and independent retail outlets across Singapore
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and store managers
Coordinate product listing, pricing, promotions, merchandising, and stock replenishment
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and in-store execution
Drive sales performance and implement strategies to grow offline retail channels
2. Drive B2B and bulk sales growth
Source and develop new corporate and institutional clients (e.g. childcare centres, hospitals, tuition centres, insurance companies, and other organisations)
Present suitable product ranges and customised proposals to meet clients’ needs
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, quotation, negotiation, to closing
Build long-term partnerships to secure recurring and bulk orders
Achieve assigned B2B sales targets and expand the corporate customer base
Job Requirements :
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, Experience in modern trade, general trade, or B2B / key account management is highly preferred
Min 2-4 years working experience in managing omni-channel sales (retail, distribution, and corporate sales)
Prior exposure to baby, kids, maternity, FMCG, or retail industry will be an advantage
