Responsibilities

· Forecast print volume impression by monitoring market conditions and liaising with customers and channel partners.
· Orchestrate meetings and create business presentations for channels, customers, and sales teams.
· Monitor print volume and supplies life-span trends, taking corrective actions to improve supply longevity.
· Support price revision activities by implementing pricing updates to channel partners and customers.
· Understand business needs and identify opportunities to propose pricing strategies and support profitable revenue growth.
· Deploy, monitor, report, and take corrective actions for projects and programs launched by regional and worldwide business units.


Requirements

· University or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
· Typically 5+ years of professional experience in Sales, Service, Marketing, or Business Planning (combination preferred).
· Demonstrated management and team leadership experience.


Knowledge and Skills

· High degree of organization, initiative, and personal accountability.
· Proactive self-starter with strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
· Multidimensional business planning skills.
· Strong financial planning and modeling skills, comfortable managing high-complexity business planning and reporting.
· Strong communication skills for engaging senior management internally and externally.
· Knowledge of promotional processes and marketing practices.
· Strong negotiation skills with the ability to frame product value propositions to customers and partners.
· Leadership capabilities with cross-functional experience (supply chain, service, marketing).
· Demonstrated business analytics expertise.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
· Advanced Excel knowledge.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders.
· Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
· Familiarity with project management and process improvement frameworks.
