Abour the Role
Based in Singapore, the Sales & Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion and brand positioning for the healthtech LED product in Singapore. This role focuses on the developing and executibg effective Sales & Marketing strategies across both online (e-commerce) and offline (retail/distribution) channels, while ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
The Sales & Marketing Communications Manager will play a key role in strengthening market presence, through strong digital strategies, strategic partnerships, and effective sales execution, while working closely with operational teams and partners in Malaysia to ensure seamless executive and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Singapore. Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and sales channels to drive sustainable growth.
2. Business Development & Partnerships
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, retailers, and strategic partners. Identify and secure new business opportunities, collaborations, and commercial agreements to support expansion initiatives.
3. Sales Channel Management (Online & Offline)
Manage and optimize both online and offline sales channels, including e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, retail networks, and corporate sales. Ensure strong channel performance, effective distribution strategies, and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
4. Marketing & Brand Management
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning. Lead product launches, promotional activities, and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and strong customer engagement across all platforms.
5. Market Insights & Competitive Analysis
Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine sales and marketing strategies. Leverage data and insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and business performance.
6. Collaboration with Operations & Supply Chain
Work closely with operations, supply chain, and manufacturing partners to align sales forecasts, inventory planning, and product availability. Ensure smooth coordination to support demand fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
7. Performance Management & Reporting
Set, track, and analyse sales and marketing KPIs, including revenue, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and campaign performance. Prepare regular reports and insights for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
8. Customer Relationship Management
Enhance customer experience by developing strong engagement strategies and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts and partners.
9. Risk & Market Adaptation
Identify potential market risks and challenges, including competitive pressures and demand fluctuations. Develop proactive strategies to mitigate risks and adapt to changing market conditions.
10. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and marketing team to achieve high performance. Foster a results-driven, collaborative, and innovative work culture.
Requirements
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing multi-channel sales strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and retail distribution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Results-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
Willingness to travel within the region as required.
Based in Singapore.
