  • Hybrid Sales Support & Logistics coordinator—managing everything from quotations to physical shipment packing.

  • Office-based with light physical work (packing goods up to 12kg).

  • Fast-paced industrial setting focusing on order processing and shipping documentation.

  • 1 year of relevant experience in sales coordination, shipping, and logistics.

This company is a specialized provider of clinical communication and healthcare technology solutions located within TECHplace II, a premier light industrial hub in Ang Mo Kio. Operating within the Light Manufacturing and Distribution sector, the firm focuses on the specialized niche of Medical Technology and Precision Engineering. They provide essential infrastructure for the healthcare industry, bridging the gap between advanced electronic hardware and clinical software systems to improve patient care and hospital efficiency.


Responsibilities:

  • Attend to phone calls and walk-in customers.

  • Support the sales team (Biz Development Exec/Manager) on Sales & Marketing activities.

  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations.

  • Responsible for order processing and generating all relevant documents.

  • Plan and monitor shipment schedule to ensure timely delivery to the customer.

  • Packing of shipments and preparing shipping documents.

  • Manage and Handling of LC documents for submission.

  • Liaise with freight forwarder on shipments.

  • Work closely with sales and technical team for any clarification on specifications required by customers.

  • Update sales forecast and prepare monthly sales reporting on pending orders at end of the month.

  • Update sales database and library.

  • Stationery and Staff Beverage and Uniforms for replenishment.

  • Assist your peers in their absent (Sales coordinator & Project coordinator task).

  • Assist in travel/hotel bookings (ad-hoc).

  • Other Admin function as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year in sales coordination with specific experience in shipping and logistics.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks.

  • Minimum N Level qualification.

  • Meticulous, able to multi-task, and a strong team player.


Other Information:

  • Location: Ang Mo Kio

  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

  • Probation: Six (6) months
