Sales & Marketing Engineer ( Semicon / Electronics / Mfg )

• Salary Range:  $4,000 - $5,500

• Location:  East

• 5 days work week

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support assigned customer accounts to achieve sales targets and company revenue goals.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective account management.

• Attend to customer enquiries, provide timely solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Support departmental objectives and contribute to overall business growth initiatives.

• Prepare and provide sales forecasts to support raw material procurement and production capacity planning.

• Collaborate closely with overseas representatives and internal teams on new customer development activities.

• Assist in implementing business development strategies to acquire and grow new customer accounts.

• Develop short-term and long-term market demand forecasts to support business planning.

• Conduct market research, gather industry intelligence, and analyze market trends for management review.

• Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies to expand market share and revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.

• Understanding of market trends, customer needs, and industry information.

• Knowledge of marketing strategies, market analysis, and business development.
