Summary:

• Basic salary up to $3300 + Incentives + Bonus

• North East/East

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or solutions

• Respond promptly to enquiries across online platforms and convert leads into confirmed sales or consultations

• Build strong customer relationships through professional and clear communication

• Focus in creating marketing content including photos, videos, and promotional materials

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure product displays and workspace are organised and presentable

• Support general marketing and operational tasks as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of sales and marketing experience

• Confident in online and face-to-face customer interactions

• Organised, responsible, and able to work independently

• Basic knowledge of marketing or content creation is a plus
