Responsibilities
Assist the Sales and Marketing team in identifying, contacting, and following up with potential new customers.
Handle incoming phone calls and respond promptly to WhatsApp messages, including customer enquiries, appointment bookings, and general coordination.
Support daily sales and marketing operations, including customer communication and basic administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer enquiries, appointments, and follow-up activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and a positive customer experience.
Provide general support for sales and marketing activities as required.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
