Job Purpose


The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for
driving sales growth, market penetration, and brand visibility for the
company’s products across offline and online channels in Singapore
and international markets
.


This role integrates sales execution, trade marketing,
digital marketing, and e-commerce
, supporting both short-term revenue targets and long-term brand building. The incumbent will work closely with internal teams and external partners to expand distribution, manage customer relationships, execute marketing initiatives, and ensure consistent brand presence across modern trade, general trade, foodservice, and digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities


1. Sales & Channel Development (Offline &
Overseas Markets)



  • Identify, develop, and grow sales opportunities across modern trade, general trade, distributors, wholesalers, foodservice, and export markets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, agents, and overseas partners.

  • Prepare sales proposals, pricing structures, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.

  • Support market entry and expansion initiatives for new territories and channels.

  • Monitor sales performance and contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.


2. Trade Marketing & A&P Execution



  • Support the planning and execution of Advertising & Promotion (A&P) activities aligned with brand and sales objectives.

  • Coordinate in-store promotions, sampling activities, trade displays, and product launches.

  • Work with customers and distributors to execute joint promotions and visibility initiatives.

  • Track A&P spending and evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.


3. Digital & Social Media Marketing



  • Plan and manage content for social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to support brand awareness and engagement.

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and lead generation.

  • Monitor digital performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and recommend optimisations.

  • Support collaboration with influencers, partners, or agencies where applicable.


4. E-commerce Sales & Online Marketing



  • Support and manage e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Amazon or brand-owned platforms).

  • Maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, visuals, and basic content updates.

  • Coordinate online campaigns, bundles, and seasonal promotions to drive sales.

  • Analyse online sales data and customer behaviour to improve conversion and performance.


5. Marketing Collaterals & Brand Support



  • Develop and coordinate marketing collaterals including product brochures, sales decks, catalogues, POS materials, and digital assets.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all sales and marketing touchpoints.

  • Liaise with designers, printers, photographers, and agencies to execute materials efficiently and on time.


6. Customer & Market Intelligence



  • Gather market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback across local and overseas markets.

  • Provide structured feedback to management on pricing, packaging, positioning, and product development opportunities.

  • Stay informed on FMCG food trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory considerations where relevant.

  • Achievement of sales revenue and growth targets.

  • Expansion of customer base, distribution footprint, and export markets.

  • Effectiveness and execution of trade, digital, and promotional activities.

  • Growth in online sales and digital engagement metrics.

  • Customer satisfaction, retention, and quality of market feedback.
