About the Role
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Soon San, a leading provider of logistics, diesel, and heavy haulage services in the Kampong Ubi area. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding our customer base within the construction, marine, industrial, logistics sectors.
What You'll Be Doing
Proactively identify and target new potential clients within the construction, marine, industrial, logistics sectors
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to acquire new customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with the operations team to provide excellent customer service and support
Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company
Manage company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Create and post content such as project highlights, lifting jobs, transport operations, and fleet updates
Respond to customer enquiries via social media and WhatsApp Business
Build brand awareness and showcase company capabilities
Assist in simple marketing materials (company profile, job photos, updates)
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Preferably from logistics, construction, transport, or related industries
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable handling both outdoor sales and office-based marketing tasks
Familiar with social media platforms and basic content creation
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
