Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Position Overview
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving sales growth of the company’s baby product range while providing essential marketing support to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
The role focuses primarily on sales execution (80%), with a secondary responsibility in marketing coordination and support (20%).
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities (80%)
Actively promote and sell the company’s baby products to assigned customers,distributors, retailers, and key accounts
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers whileidentifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives
Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and follow-ups
Prepare sales quotations, negotiate pricing within approved guidelines, and closesales deals
Monitor customer orders, coordinate with internal teams on delivery schedules, andensure timely collection of payments
Gather market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing trends, andcustomer feedback
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and sales events when required
Marketing Support Responsibilities (20%)
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Assist in coordinating marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, POS materials, and digital content
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across sales channels
Support social media, e-commerce, and online marketplace activities by providingproduct information and sales insights
Collect customer feedback and market data to support marketing analysis andstrategy development
Assist in organizing events, roadshows, and promotional activities
Requirements
Diploma in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, baby products, retail,or consumer goods
Strong sales drive with proven ability to meet or exceed targets
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
Comfortable with field sales and frequent customer interaction
Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and digital platforms is an advantage

Working Day: 5 days (Monday to Friday)
Working Hour: 9am- 6pm
Working Location: High Street Centre - (Cityhall MRT Station)
