Working hours: Mondays to Fridays Office Hour

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales, customer, and go-to-market strategies for assigned Modern Trade accounts.
Drive Joint Business Planning and conduct regular business reviews with customers.
Manage negotiations, trading terms, and sales agreements.
Monitor execution performance (availability, pricing, shelf share) and resolve issues promptly.
Provide insights and actionable recommendations from performance and post-evaluation analyses.
Manage sales reporting, forecasts, and trend evaluations to support strategic decisions.
Recommend improvements on business processes, customer service, and sales techniques.
Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a network of key contacts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Admin, Marketing) for efficient execution, new product listings, and promotional activities.
Drive product penetration and promotional initiatives aggressively.
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree holder in any related business studies
With about 3 years of relevant experience. Sound selling skills and proven key account management experience in fast moving consumer goods
General understanding in all aspects of supplier and customer relationship management including supply chain, field marketing and branding
