About the Role

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is a unique hybrid role designed for a professional who enjoys the creativity of digital branding as much as the "thrill of the hunt" in business development.

You will be responsible for building our online presence across social media while actively hunting for new business opportunities to expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Brand Management

  • Social Media Ecosystem: Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. This includes daily posting, community engagement, and responding to inquiries.

  • Content Strategy: Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar that aligns with our brand voice and promotional goals.

  • Asset Creation: Design high-quality visual content (graphics, short-form videos/Reels, and banners) using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.

  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) to refine and improve our digital strategy.

  • Email Marketing: Assist in drafting and distributing newsletters or promotional emails to keep our existing client base engaged.

2. Sales & Lead Generation

  • Active Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, industry directories, and networking.

  • Outreach & Lead Gen: Execute cold outreach via email, social selling, or phone calls to introduce our services and book discovery meetings.

  • Lead Qualification: Vet incoming inquiries to ensure they meet our ideal client profile before moving them through the sales funnel.

  • CRM Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of prospects and client interactions (using [Insert CRM Name] or Excel).

  • Competitor Intelligence: Keep a pulse on competitor activities and market trends to identify new niches and sales opportunities.

3. Support & Representation

  • Sales Collateral: Assist in creating pitch decks, proposals, and brochures to support the sales process.

  • Client Testimonials: Coordinate with satisfied clients to gather testimonials or case studies for marketing use.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or a similar business development role.

  • Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of LinkedIn (B2B), Instagram, and Facebook algorithms and best practices.

  • Communication: Must be fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to write engaging copy and deliver professional pitches.

  • Tech Skills: Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Illustrator), CRM software, and basic office suites (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365).

  • Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, and resilient. You are comfortable working toward targets and managing multiple deadlines.
