Sales & Marketing Manager

• Position : Sales & Marketing Manager

• Location : Pandan Loop

• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 5.30PM

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,500 + Commission + Transport Allowance + 7-14 Days Annual Leave + AWS + Performance Bonus

• Duration : Perm

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business development efforts to secure corporate advertisers for sponsored paper lunchbox campaigns

• Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B brand owners, advertisers, and business partners

• Pitch customised advertising solutions and sponsorship opportunities to prospective clients

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase sponsorship revenue and market presence

• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close partnership deals

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery

• Identify market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities within the F&B and advertising space

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare sales reports to track revenue and partnerships

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline

• Proven experience in sales, business development, advertising, media sales, or sponsorship partnerships

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Results-driven, independent, and confident in client-facing environments

• Able to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively

• Experience working with F&B, advertising, or corporate clients will be an advantage

• Strong network of business contacts will be a plus

• Bilingual in English, Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
