The Lead Generation & Marketing Support Specialist will focus on identifying potential clients, promoting our outsourced customer service solutions, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.


Key Duties & Responsibilities



  • Research and identify potential business leads using online platforms, databases, and industry-specific tools


  • Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, social media) to promote contact centre and BPO services to prospects


  • Initiate and manage lead engagement through calls, email campaigns, and video conferencing


  • Present tailored business proposals and deliver compelling demo sessions to prospective clients


  • Create and customize sales presentations and marketing materials aligned with the company’s branding and service offerings


  • Collaborate with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention strategies


  • Analyze market trends, industry shifts, and competitor offerings to refine outreach strategies



Qualifications & Experience



  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field


  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or customer service—ideally in the BPO or outsourcing industry



Other Requirements



  • Experience with SEO, social media marketing, and digital design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe)


  • Familiarity with contact centre AI tools such as conversational AI Platforms, chatbots, virtual agents, speech analytics tools, AI powered CRM/ Quality Management tools


  • Proactive, self-motivated, and skilled in problem-solving and initiative-taking


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage corporate clients
