We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Support team member to support both seller operations (BusiBees) and B2B / partnership initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, follow-ups, and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.


Key Responsibilities


Part 1: BusiBees (Seller Support)



  • Act as the primary point of contact (PIC) for seller-related enquiries, including order
    coordination, fulfilment follow-ups, consignment arrangements, and basic
    commission tracking

  • Coordinate internally to request and manage marketing materials for offline
    activations, events, and workshops

  • Liaise with IT and operations teams on system-related requests, enhancements, or
    issue resolution where needed

  • Provide on-ground support for selected activations or events to ensure smooth execution
    and operational readiness


Part 2: B2B / Partnerships Support



  • Support internal alignment for partnership activations, coordinating with
    marketing, operations, and logistics teams

  • Track partnership activities, including timelines, deliverables, and key
    milestones


  • Flag potential issues or risks early to ensure smooth execution

  • Assist with post-activation wrap-ups, including data collation, feedback collection, and
    preparation of simple performance summaries


Requirements



  • Diploma or equivalent experience preferred

  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Prior experience in sales support, marketing coordination, operations, or
    partnerships is an advantage


Employment Details



  • Part-Time position and Contract for 4 months
