Well Established 3PL Japan MNC Company
Basic Salary : $4500 - $6500 (Depends on experience) + Incentive + VB
Working Hour : Mon - Fri / 9am - 5.30pm
Working Location: Bukit Merah
5+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding, 3PL, distribution, or warehousing
Responsibilities :
Drive new business development (50%) and manage existing accounts (50%) to achieve sales volume and revenue targets
Execute cross-trade business for Singapore and regional operations
Provide logistics solutions to customers, ensuring quality, reliability, and productivity
Prepare quotations, RFQs, tender bids, review rates, and submit proposals
Develop SOPs, operation terms & conditions, and coordinate approvals before customer submission
Maintain relationships with carriers, co-loaders, and other key partners
Monitor and meet sales targets, contributing to revenue and gross profit
Maintain accurate records of customer details, sales visits, and progress
Identify potential clients and register new business opportunities
Follow up on customer communications promptly and professionally
Work closely with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of quotations
Prepare weekly sales progress reports for management, including pipeline updates and target achievements
Provide market insights and reports to the Managing Director and Sales Manager
Requirement :
Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Logistics & Supply Chain Management
5+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding, 3PL, distribution, or warehousing
Proven ability in new business development and/or key account management
Self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented
Strong communication, sales pitch, and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for presentations and proposals
Excellent customer service skills and a team player mindset
