Description
Build good working relationships and secure orders from customers
Ensure all products are well displayed with ample stocks
Execute excellent merchandising and display plans
Monitor pricing and inventory level
Support event, atrium, in store roadshow set up and daily operation.
Support and drive sales performance by ensuring that products are properly displayed, well-stocked, and promoted at the point of sale, while maintaining strong relationships with retailers or outlets.
Arrange with stores for special promotion and secure space.
Check and ensure all or near expired stocks on shelves are flushed out and rotated on FIFO (first in first out)
Liaises and communicate effectively with superior on all operational issues
Update competitor activities and pricing
Reach out to new minimarts
Any other duties as assigned by the commercial manager from time to time.
Qualification
Minimum O or N level, NITEC
Must have at least 1-2 year of working experience in merchandising field in stores i.e. NTUC, Cold Storage, Watsons, etc
Must be highly motivated and takes initiative
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
