- Manage end-to-end client operations, including market development, pricing, invoicing, and fulfillment, ensuring business targets are met.

- Maintain accurate product and pricing data; track key metrics (GMV, margin, penetration, retention) and provide reports for decision-making.

- Build and improve customer management processes, ensuring accurate and timely data.

- Work with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth order-to-after-sales service and enhance customer experience.

- Research canteen, hotel, and restaurant markets to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors; deliver analysis reports and actionable recommendations.

- Use data and research to refine customer solutions and develop phased strategies on products, marketing, and sales to boost market share and margins.

- Diploma or above, with 2+ years in product operations, preferably in fresh food industry.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data skills.

- Good cross-functional communication and project coordination.

- Team player, strong communicator, able to work under pressure.
