Sales Operations Executive (Livestream)

Job Title: Channel Executive /Sales operations Executive

Report to:  Manager

Location:  Singapore & Overseas

Remunerations Package : Basic Salary + Travel Allowances + Incentive ( KPI set)

Role Responsibilities

Livestream support

• Support Manager to manage/create and grow our brand channel.

• To provide administrative support to live-streamers during their live shows with customer support and payments administration.

• Establish clear brand channel strategy and positioning and marketing of the channel using FB and IG or other social media.

• Travelling for overseas streams.

• Planning calendar of sales events (Special stream or events).

• Support end to end operations and logistics and fulfilment for the brand channel.

• Posting and planning of social media contents.

• Review and analyse live stream data.

• Doing up daily/ weekly/monthly reports and KPI for the channel.

• Reconcile and prepare of delivery reports after livestream shows.

• Support sourcing new Merchants and live streamers.

• Merchants & Streamers Management.

• Other tasks as assign

Operations 

• Setting up shipments using freight forwarders  

• Inbounding & Outbounding Shipments  

• Updating Operations KPI weekly  

• Updating freight cost into Delivery Promise Tracker

• Customer Service (Zendesk and FB Messenger) 

• Handling customer refunds

Qualification & Experience

· Minimum Diploma/degree holders, major in business management, marketing,  logistic Management, communications etc. would be preferable but not a must.

· Livestream working experience is preferred.

· Intermediate Excel understanding and skill preferred.

· Holding a driving license and able to drive in overseas. (MUST)

· Able to cope with fast work pace and meticulous to details.

· Candidates are required to be bilingual; livestream shows are done in both Chinesee and English.

· Must be prepared to travel overseas (50%) for livestream shows. Overseas Accommodations will be provided. 

. Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones.
