Sales and Service Associate

• 💰Basic Salary $2200 – $3000 (commensurate with experience)

• 💰Sales Incentives + OT payable

• 🕒5-day work week, 44 hours (rotating shifts from 10am to 11pm)

• 📍Jewel Changi

Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-notch customer service & build lasting client relationships

• Share product knowledge & brand values confidently

• Drive sales and support store goals

• Manage cashiering & daily sales reporting

• Maintain store cleanliness & attractive visual displays

• Support inventory & daily store operations

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in luxury retail sales

• Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and PH

• Passionate about sports and outdoor activities

• Positive attitude, energetic, team player, strong communication & customer service skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
